I am passionate about connection, belonging and authenticity. Everything to do with relationships. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults. Listening to their stories and helping them connect to how their life experiences impact how they show up in their personal and workplace relationships. I feel most at home when inside relationships which foster growth and intimacy and when getting to speak what is in my heart.
